Welcome back to the League One and Two podcast, this is the first of 2010, we hope you enjoyed your holiday period.

The studio is packed once again as we review the action over Christmas of which there were many postponements and preview the upcoming FA Cup matches which will take precedence over the few league games which got the better of the weather.

The predictions league will start over for the new year so we must congratulate Garnham for winning the first title!!  The man in question also returns along with his final thought.
