In the second part of our comprehensive review we look at the teams who battled their way to the middle of the table. We look back on how the middle pack fared, analysing the seasons of all the teams from Sunderland to Everton. For some it is a tale of mid-table obscurity, for others avoiding relegation was a real achievement, whilst a select few would have been hoping for European qualification.
